The bots can have a random loadout of one weapon and several bot upgrades, or players can create their own teams with the use of the Bot Wars GUI [LINK]. The bots use human behaviors like wandering around, seeking targets, and angular inaccuracy.
THE BOTS USE THE FOLLOWING WEAPONS TO FIGHT, AND THEY SHOULD BE INSTALLED AND RUNNING:
- Bow
- Gun
- Guns Akimbo
- Rocket Launcher
- Sword
Detailed instructions and tips will be posted to the official forum topic. In the meantime, the basics:
- Bots can only fight each other; they will ignore humans, and cannot wound or be wounded by them.
- To set up an arena, plant ten "bot spawn" bricks, five in one color and five in another. Then as admin say /setBotSpawns PlayerName (the player who planted the spawns) to set that arena as the active one.
- To start a fight, say /botfight
- Include one or two player names after the command to use those players' custom team loadouts (they must use the Bot Wars GUI). | | |
