There is 2 RTB prefs
CanToggle ~ Who has permission to toggle links. Options are Host, Super Admin and Admin. The default setting is Admin
CanBypass ~ Who has permission to send links on the server even if they are disabled. Options are Nobody, Host, Super Admin and Admin. The default setting is nobody
Type /togglelinks as an admin to toggle links on the server. | | |
