Summary: Fixes unable to open the console on Windows Vista/7 x64 systems.

Description: There are some systems like mine where the Tilda button to access the console don't work when after the play gui has been loaded. This is an issue in TGE but has been fixed in TGEA, sadly Blockland don't run on TGEA so this fix will have to do.

Use F3 to open the console, the Tilda button (~) will still close the console though.
