I thought about it while in a minigame, noticing that I often needed a wrench to tweak little things. But what I didn't like was going into the minigame GUI, and giving everyone a wrench so I can use it a couple times. Not to mention that there were already default commands to get a Hammer and a Printer (/usehammer; /useprintgun). This mod works just like those commands, allowing everyone to use it out of a minigame, and allowing only admins to use it during a minigame. You only need to type in /wrench.
*Non-admins cannot use this during a minigame for obvious reasons.
V2: Fixed an overlooked error where a client who's player is dead could use the command; would cause the console to echo errors, nothing major.
V3: The host of the minigame can use the wrench command as well; admin or not.
