TF2 Medigun
An updated/remade version of Racer's Medigun with several new features:
- Locks onto players so you can heal them without having to constantly turn/face them
- Heals players for up to 50% 'bonus' health over their maximum (drains away over time)
- Healing players adds to the 'Ubercharge' meter: When full, press and release the Jet button to activate it, making both the healer and heal target invulnerable to damage for ten seconds.

The Blutsauger
This weapon fires about eight needles every second in an spread (affected by gravity) that both deal damage and heal the user slightly.
- 6 damage, +3 health on hit
- Screen flash notifies of hits and healing
- Model by Azerath
The Ubersaw
A combat melee weapon that rewards the user for helping people and attacking: after every hit, you gain 25% charge towards the Ubercharge meter. However, it swings slower and you have to get up close so it's harder to defend with.
- +25% Ubercharge on hit
- 20% slower swing speed
