Title: RTB Infomaniac Face
Summary: A recreation of the Face Decal used by RTB Infomaniac, Meant to be paired with the RTB Infomaniac Torso Decal

Description: Same as the Torso Decal, the face decal was made from looking at the loading screen sprite, and translating it back into a decal, which means that alot of detail was lost in the process, but I was able to make up for it!
