Click to turn on the light, click again to disable it. The light has roughly the same radius as the default player light but it appears dimmer due to the color of the light. A groovy little animation plays when you enable/disable the light, mind you this isn't a custom one. Just reused default animations.
This only works in singleplayer or the host of an online server. I would appreciate it if someone found a way to make this work for all players.
