                     Admin Vehicle Spawner v7 to v7:        | * Added an option to RTB Pref Manager that will allow you choose whether or not only admins can ride. (Yay?) * Added an option to RTB Pref Manager to allow or disallow Admin Vehicle spawning.

 * All admin vehicles now have 'isAdminVehicle = true' applied to it.
 * Changed the spawn code so the code is much cleaner. (This may break non-offical admin spawner addons)

 * Added a five second spawn delay to vehicle spawning.
