Blockland v20 (Patch 3.16)

- Added BLTerBlendLib.dll by Vitawrap - it fixes terrain lighting color channels being swapped, without having to rely on a bodge such as the maplightingfix add-on. terrain lighting is finally completely fixed!
- Removed Client_MapLightingFix as it is now deprecated
- Removed mission lighting files from within the default map zips, as they had incorrect terrain lighting
- Changed a lot of default add-ons to their v21 versions, adding some small fixes
- Merged the function within Support_PlayerPersistence to the base game, so player persistence isnt split into two add-ons anymore
- Merged server cmds from Script_ClearSpam into the base game, just like v21 did
- Edited v21 skis to no longer teleport the player on tumble/dismount, should remove bug of teleporting away on death
- Included impact sounds in the base game instead of within Vehicle_Jeep, just like v21
- Changed print plates, vehicle spawn and roads to all be able to be built on, instead of getting "float" error (just like v21!)

- Added B4v21 v20 version variable, displays on main menu
- Updated RTB to latest version
- Added various v21 versions of functions to allow bot holes to function
- Set the default bind for UseLight to 'R' rather than 'L'
- Added a bunch of v21 server global variables, so they're there if any v21 addons read them
- When loading music loops the console now logs when each datablock is about to be created, so it's now easy to tell which loop is crashing v20. Also removed deleting stereo music files (just doesnt make the datablock), and added a chat message if any loop is over the 1MB limit.

- Integrated a new trust system that uses the B4v21 services to sync your trust list, and let you build on or modify disconnected users bricks.
- Updated RTB to latest version
- Widened the player list GUI so columns are more spaced out.
- Added patch to preserve text in chat when spawning
- Removed code from main menu to bring window to foreground when opening, though this still seems to occur on game bootup
- Removed some patch packages, put code directly into functions instead
- Added v21 functions back into v20: getColorI, getColorF, scheduleNoQuota, getBrickLimit
- Updated the Discord Rich Presence DLL to change code loop time from 35ms to 10000ms, so trying to look at console trace is no longer painful
- Kenko is on the computer again!!

- Inserted cs scripts into base game files to add our own code
- Ported over CustomMS and auth scripts, and almost all of the previously packaged client add-ons
- Edited the CustomMS to update its list of games to filter
- Modified the defaults cs files for the client and server for better default settings
- Added all of the mission editor files and code to the game
- Removed the "Duplicator" button from the Admin GUI Edit
- Added "Servers" button to the escape menu
- Edited the tabShiftingBrickSelector arrows to be gray instead of green
- Modified the FOV slider to retain its position when opening the GUI and snap to the nearest whole number
- Added sliders to the options GUI to adjust brick movement speed, edited brick movement code to support this
- Added tickbox to options menu to set new add-ons to be enabled by default
- Modified RTB's and default add-on guis to support the above feature
- Fixed one of the sliders in the options menu being white for no reason. Very important
- Deleted and crap-on'd all of the client add-ons now moved into the base game scripts
- Removed modter bricks and prints, they dont need to be default in v20
- Removed old client/server config files from new installs as we're now using the actual defaults script
