ALL messages now fully customizable via RTB!
Toggle Suicide v3 to v2:
Changed where it would say the host's name to a more default, cleaner looking messageAll. If you use /togglesuicide and you are not an admin, you get a message. New colors for messages, looks and feels better IMO. (ON is now in green, the messages are white)
