Snowball (v21) v2 to v3: 
- Fixed Rebuilt Plate support
- Fixed snowball projectile dropping when item is dropped

- Added RTB pref to toggle whether item can be spawned (enabled by default)
- Snowball is now removed from inventory when thrown
