You can have different replies for when you are away, busy, or hidden. You manage these messages and prefs via a little tumor gui attached to the regular RTB Options gui in the overlay.
You can change your online status in the RTB Connect interface, just above your list of friends.
Two things to note:
RTB is required for this mod to work
