Halftrack v3 to v3: 
- Fixed some bugs
- Reduced machinegun damage to 25
 

Halftrack v3 to v2: 
- The player now stands in and not on the mg-less halftrack.
- Machinegun won't damage the halftrack it's mounted to anymore.
