Just press the space bar and the forks, as well as anybody mounted on them, will raise or lower.
Sorry but currently you can't drive around flipping vehicles or throwing players, the collision mesh doesn't animate with the forks. (yet)

Newer model, cleaner, better flat-shading. The forks now lift about twice as high as before. Still no car flipping, sorry. Also is now a little slower and takes less hits before exploding, for realism. | | |
