Fixed a glitch where it would always say you got revenge on someone
 

Killstreaks and Dominations v3 to v2: 
-Fixed game breaking bug where you couldn't spawn if you had one of the following enabled:
+Suppot_New_Rewards
+Server_Killstreaks
+Server_Rewards
-Added Killstreak Chat Messages
+Chat Message when you get a killstreak
+Chat Message when you get a monster kill
+Chat Message when you die with 40 or more kills
-Rtb Pref for Killstreak chat messages
-Flashy killstreak messages once you get over 30 kills
