Server Info Announcer v6 to v6: %client.isHost stopped functioning in v18, causing the whole add-on to break. Added the command back. (Thanks Destiny and Truce!)

Major: Added 4 fonts. 3 of which have bold support.
Major: Fixed a bug causing the old /setannouncetime schedule to still run.
