THIS IS NOT A VOICE CHAT MOD. THIS IS A FANCY VERSION OF A MUTE MOD.
This mod allows you to toggle off and on that users on your server need "voices" to talk. Use /toggleVoiceMod or toggle it in RTB preferences. Users without voices are unable to talk, ie. they are muted. You can include a list of player's BL_ID seperated by commas (3642,0,130 etc) for users who have voices and make it so admins don't need voices to talk. Useful for shutting people up, or when you're announcing something important.
