Summary: A graphical display of your current speed.

Description: A mod which shows a graphical display of your current speed, follow the red needle to see your speed, if needed the position of the speedometer on your screen can be changed. And no, this is not the failbinned version, this is a new, working version. Also adds a keybind to show/hide it.
